Wuxi Putian Iron Core Co., Ltd.,（无锡铁心） founded in 2004, is a national Torch Program key high-tech enterprise specializing in the manufacturing, R&D, and sales of power transformer cores. The company has created a Chinese version of an “Industry 4.0” smart factory with dust-free, constant-temperature, and constant-humidity workshops, applying advanced IoT technology, MES, ERP, and intelligent equipment to achieve highly automated, informatized, intelligent, and lean production. As the first advocate of specialized manufacturing of transformer cores in China, Putian Iron Core holds the leading position in the domestic transformer core industry, is the first drafter of the national standard GB/T 32288-2015, and operates China’s largest specialized intelligent manufacturing base for transformer cores. Its products are widely used in national power grids, Beijing-Shanghai and Shanghai-Hangzhou high-speed railways, nuclear power plants, wind and solar energy, and serve more than 200 transformer manufacturers worldwide.
